Privacy Policy

Gemini Pixel Craft (“we”, “us”) is a web design and development studio. This policy explains what information we collect through geminipixelcraft.com and our client and team portals, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email taylor@geminipixelcraft.com.

• Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we can't see them.
• Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID with us. We never receive your Google password and don't access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Your project: your questionnaire answers, and the messages, support requests, files, approvals and documents you or our team add to your project.
• Electronic signatures: when you sign a document, the signature you draw or type, the name and email you sign with, the date and time, your IP address and browser details, and a fingerprint of the exact document signed. This is kept as a record of the signature.
• Billing: your invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by Square; your card number goes directly to Square and is never stored by us.
• Technical information: your IP address and browser type, used for security (for example, limiting repeated sign-in attempts), and the cookies described below.

• To create and secure your account, including verifying your email address.
• To plan, build and support your project, and to communicate with you about it.
• To send invoices, process payments and keep accounting records.
• To keep records of approvals and signed documents.
• To protect the service against abuse and fix problems.

We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. Information we receive from Google is used only to sign you in, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete a Google sign-in securely. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

We rely on these providers to run the service. Each only processes information as needed to do its job:

• Hostinger (website hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage)
• Resend (account and project emails)
• Square (payments)
• Google (optional sign-in)
• GitHub (source code and deployment of the websites we build for clients)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to deliver your project, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Signed documents and payment records are kept as business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

• You can update your name and password from your account settings.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing taylor@geminipixelcraft.com. Some records (such as invoices and signed documents) may need to be kept for legal reasons.
• If you signed in with Google, you can remove our access at any time from your Google account settings.

Connections to our site are encrypted, passwords are hashed, files are kept in private storage that is only reachable through short-lived links after we check your access, and email verification codes are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email.
