6. Payments

All services require payment as outlined in individual proposals and contracts. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment processors.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit required to begin work, with remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gemini Pixel Craft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Termination
